Who runs this site

This website is run by Faizul Karim Fahim ([email protected]). If you have any question about your data, write to me and I will answer.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, subject and message, plus your IP address and browser details to block spam. I use them only to reply to you. Messages are kept in the site's admin area until I delete them, and are never sold or shared.

Cookies

The site itself works without tracking cookies. It remembers your light/dark theme and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. The admin area uses a session cookie for logging in.

When analytics or ads are switched on, a small notice lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are treated as “rejected” until they accept (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice at any time with the button below.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (by Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages are popular: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. If you reject cookies, Analytics runs in a cookie-less mode that sends only anonymous, aggregated signals.

Google AdSense (advertising)

Blog pages may show ads served by Google AdSense. No other pages show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. If you reject cookies, only non-personalised ads are shown (these still use cookies for frequency capping and fraud prevention where the law allows).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you (for example a contact-form message). Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may also object to processing or complain to your data-protection authority.
